ملحوظه مهمة جدا جدا اى جهاز يؤتى باى عيب يجب مراجعة دائرة البور أولا فنسبة 99% من الاعطال يكون سببها عطلا ما ببور الجهاز ولمراجعة اى دائرة بور يجب إتباع الاتى :

1- الجهاز فاصل نهائي ولايوجد اى خوارج للبور . عطل كلى
يجب مراجعة الاتى على الترتيب : التأكد من وجود 300فولت على المكثف الكبير إذا لم يوجد اى فولت عليه ينحصر الخلل فى 4 مراحل
ا- الفيوز ب- الملف L 1 ج- كبرى التوحيد أل 4 سليكونات إذا كانت المراحل السابقة سليمة فالقصر ربما يكون بالمكثف الكبير نفسه
أما إذا وجد على المكثف300 فولت والجهاز لا يتراجع اى فولت فيجب تغير القطع الاتيه 1- اى سى البور 2- الفوتو كبلر ودائما يحمل رقم PC 817 3- ترانزستور ودائما يحمل رقم TL 431

2- الجهاز يخرج بعض الفولتيات ولا يخرج البعض الأخر عطل جزئي
يجب مراجعة كل خط على حده فمثلا الجهاز يخرج الفولت 30- 23- 15 – 5 – 3.3 فيخرج الجهاز 15- 5 فقط ولا يخرج الباقى فيجب قياس خط 30 فولت من عند سوكت البور مرورا بالمكثفات والمقاومات والسليكونات وتغير التالف منها وهكذا كل خط على حده حتى يتم خرج جميع الفولتيات .

2- السبب فى تذبذب الفولت .
المسئول الأول عن تذبذب الفولت مكثفات البور لأنهاِ مكثفات تثبيت الفولت ودائما تنحصر فى 1000 – 1500- 470- 220- 330- ميكروعلى 10- 16- 25- 35 فولت
وممكن ولكن بنسبه بسيطه الفوتو كبلر أو الترانزستور والفوتو كبلر هو اى سى صغير يغذى الترانزستور المسئول عن 3.3 فولت وهو دائما يؤثر على الفولت 23

3- السبب فى زيادة الفولت .
أحيانا نقيس خرج الجهاز فنجد مثلا إن خرج 30 فولت يخرج 38 أو 35 اى زيادة عن الحد المطلوب فهذه الزيادة لن تجعل الجهاز يعمل والأكثر مشكله إن هذه الزيادة قد تؤثر على مكونات أخرى فى البورده الرئيسية والمسئول عن زيادة الفولت ينحصر فى الاتى :
مكثف صغير يحمل رقم 1 ميكرو 50 فولت - أو مكثفات البور - أو الفوتو كبلر ودائما يحمل رقم pc 817 .

4- السبب فى كتم الفولت .
سليكونات التوحيد - أو اى سى الباور - أو الفوتو كبلر أو الترانزستور - أو زنر أو سليكون بعد الشوبر أو تلف الشوبر نفسه

ملحوظات مهمة جدا جدا

1- اى سليكون تالف أو شرط لايضىء الجهاز أبدا .
2- اى جهاز يضيء ثم يفصل وجميع خوارج البور سليمة تغير مكثف البور 1500 ميكرو / 10فولت .
3- اى جهاز تأتى الاشاره بعد فتره ويعمل بعد ذلك عادى يجب تغير مكثفات البور .

وظائف بعض القطع الالكترونية

ألكريستاله : هي عبارة عن كريستاله معدنية وتختلف من جهاز لأخر منها ماهو ب 2 رجل ومنها ب 4 رجول وهى إما MHz 27000 أو 35000 أو 14000 MHz
وظيفتها استلام 3.3ف وتمرير 1.3 ف إلى الفلاش وتعمل دوره عكسية للفول وتنقله إلى واجهة الريسيفر إلى الشاشة الاماميه ومن أعطالها الاساسيه فقد الجهاز للألوان فهي المسبب الرئيسي لفقد الألوان ومن أعطالها أيضا يشتغل الجهاز ولأكن الشاشة لاتضىء .

الفلاش : هي المسئولة عن جميع ملفات البرامج التشغيلية للجهاز بالاضافه تقوم بنقل بعض الملفات إلى البر وسيسور ومن الفولتيات الرئيسية لها 3.2 و1.5 و4.2 فولت
ومن أعطالها الجهاز يضيء ولكن لا يدخل على البرمجة أو يكتب بدل الأقمار لالالالالالالالا
أو يشتغل الجهاز بدون اشره أو يكتب الجهاز على واجهته on ويعمل شرط ----------

الايبروم : هي المفتاح الرئيسي للجهاز ومن أعطالها عدم تخزين القنوات أو بمعنى أدق عند إطفاء الجهاز وإعادة تشغيله يرجع إلى ضبط المصنع ويفقد جميع القنوات .

الرامه : هي المسئولة عن الذاكرة المؤقتة فى البر وسيسور ومن أعطالها ظهور شوشرة فى ألصوره أو يشتغل الجهاز وبعد مرور فتره يعلق على اى حرف .

البر وسيسور : هو القلب بالنسبة للجهاز ويغذى اى سى الصوت والصورة ويخرج من رجل 48- 49- 50- 5 فولت وكذلك أرجل المواجهة للرامه وهى تبدى من رجل 60الى 70 والتيونر يأخذ من رجل 156 إلى 160 حيث يأخذ 3.3 فولت وإذا كانت هذه الأرجل " من 156الى 160 " بها رخاوة الجهاز يبحث ولا ينزل قنوات
ومن أعطاله يظهر لوحة المنيو ويخفيها بسرعة دون لمس الريموت وإطفاء الجهاز لوحده كذلك بعد مرور فتره تظهر حماوه على ألهيت سنك ألموضوعه فوقه البر وسيسور وهذه الحرارة الذائدة تعنى إن هناك خلل ما بالبر وسيسور .

التيونر : هو المسئول عن الاشاره وتشغيل القنوات ومن أعطاله هو البحث وعدم تنزيل قنوات أو لا توجد اشاره أو وجود اشاره وهميه أو وجود v وعدم وجود H
ويكون دائما السبب الترانزستور KA 317 أو LM 317 أو A 928 أو A 614
على حسب نوع الجهاز وهذا الترانزستور له 3 رجول الرجل الأولى تأخذ 23 فولت
ويخرج من الرجل الثانية والثالثة 13 / 18 فولت فهي فى هذه الحالة سليمة ويكون العيب من قطعه أخرى وقد يكون العيب تلف التيونر نفسه إما إذا وجدنا على الرجل الأولى 23 فولت ولم نجد فولت على الرجل الثانيه والثالثه فهذا يعنى ان هذا الترانزستور هو التالف ويجب تغيره .

المقاومات الطبع : هي مقاومات فيوزيه قيمتها قليله جدا لاتتجاوز 1 او 2 اوم
وضعتها الشركه المصنعة على خوارج الفولتيات القليله مثل دائرة الصوت والصوره التى تنقل 5 ف الى اى سى الصوت والصوره وتوجد على رجل البروسيسور 50 .

سنسر الاستقبال : عباره عن ترانزستور ذو قاعده **** وله ثلاثة اطراف ولابد من وجود 5 فولت على احد اطرافه وهو المسئول عن استقبال اشارة الريموت الى الجهاز ومنه الى البروسيسور ويقوم البروسيسور بتحليل الاوامر الصادره من السنسور ومن الممكن ان يكون الريموت سليم ولاكن لايراه الجهاز والعيب ليس بالريموت وإنما بسنسر الاستقبال .


1 – جهازDigital world

نوع العطل : الجهاز كاتب Lnp.p ولا يقبل شيء من الريموت

الحل معناها ان هناك خطا ما بالجزء المسؤل عن الاشاره وينحصر فى الاتى:
1- لوخرج البور غير سليم اضبط خوارج البور وخاصة خط 23 فولت
2- يوجد بجانب التيونر ترانزستور يحمل رقم ka 317 تاكد ان عليه 23 فولت ويخرج 13/ 18 فولت وكذلك ترانزستور A614 تاكد من نفس الفولت غير التالف منهما وهو الذى لا يوجد عليه الفولت المذكور ولنبدا بفحص Ka 317 أولا ثم A 614 وان لم يعمل الجهاز عليك بمراجعة الدايود بجانب A 614 ربما يكون شورت وإذا كان سليما عليك بعمل الاتى بحذر شديد قم بقفل رجلين A614 وهذا الترانزستور له 3 رجول ووجه للبروسيسور والفلاش وظهره للبور قم بقفل الرجلين 2و3 مع بعض بلحامهما والرجل 1 هى ناحية واجهة الريسفر و2و3 ناحية التيونر وإذا لم يعمل الجهاز يكون العيب ب اى سى بور التيونر وتجده بجوار الدايود وان لم يعمل يكن العيب بالفلاش او البروسيسور





2 – جهاز كيوماكس

نوع العطل : الريموت سليم ولايستقبل الجهاز من الريموت

الحل : العيب بالسنسور الموجود بالشاشه الاماميه قم بتنظيفه بمادة التنر ا
وان لم يعمل عليك بتغيره وهو موجود بالتوكيل جنرال بباب اللوق
بمبلغ 25 جنيه .
نوع العطل : الجهاز كاتب boot او A1.07 على الواجهه الاماميه ولا يعمل من الريموت ولاتعمل القنوات
الحل : راجع على خوارج البور وان كانت مضبوطه راجع الدايود 501 بالبورده الرئيسيه واعمل عليه شورت ان اشتغل الجهاز قم بتغيره اذا لم يعمل الجهاز قم بشحن الفلاش وراجع على البروسيسور إما اذا كان الجهاز كاتب نفس العبارة السابقة وتعمل القنوات ولكن لايعمل الريموت ولا يكتب الجهاز أرقام القنوات على واجهته الاماميه العيب موجود باى سى موجود بالشاشه الاماميه وهو عباره عن 20 رجل 10 من كل جانب وموجود بالتوكيل بسعر 25 جنيه
نوع العطل : الجهاز قاطع اشاره
الحل : يوجد بجوار علبة التيونر ترانزستور رقم A614 قم بتغيره وان لم تجده
فبديله TIP 242 ولكن أولا راجع على خوارج البور
نوع العطل : الجهاز يشتغل ثم يفصل ويشتغل ثم يفصل وهكذا .
الحل : تغير السليكون ZD 501 والمكثف C 507 فى البورده الرئيسيه .

3 – ميوتك 8500 و 8800

نوع العطل : الجهاز يتاخر فى الفتح او يفتح ولا يعمل .
الحل : تغير مكثفات البور الاتيه 330 / 50 c4 :
220/ 50 c5 :
470 / 50 c6 :
470 / 50 c7 :
نوع العطل : الجهاز قاطع اشاره .
الحل : يوجد مكثف صغير الحجم بجوار التيونر بقيمة 100 ميكرو / 10 ف او يوجد بفه صفراء قم بتغيرها بشرط جميع خوارج البور تكون سليمه .


4 - فورتك ستار لايف تايم الترا

نوع العطل : الجهاز يعمل مع القنوات العمودى وفاصل الافقى .
الحل : تغير ترانزستور رقم KTC 3198 فى دائرة البور وان لم تجده
فالبديل C 1815 او C 3202 او C2001 .





5 – استرا بجميع مودلاته

نوع العطل : الجهاز يعطى نقطتين ثم يفصل وبقياس خرج البور تجد ان الفولت
متذبذب وغير ثابت على قيمة قراءه معينه .
الحل : يجب تغير جميع مكثفات البور .
نوع العطل : الجهاز يشتغل مع قنوات الافقى وفاصل اشارة العمودى .
الحل : التأكد أولا من خرج البور وضبطه ثم تغير KA 317 ان وجد بها ا
اى عيب .
نوع العطل : الجهاز قاطع صوت وصوره .
الحل : العيب فى اى سى الصوت والصوره STV خذ سلك معزول منه
وقم بلحامه فى مخرج الاديو والفيديو مباشرة .
نوع العطل : دائرة بور الجهاز تخرج جميع الفولتيات ضعيفة .
الحل : أولا يجب قياس الفولت بدون ما تضع السكويت فى البورده الثانيه
السبب فى كتم الفولت 3 احتمالات 1- اى سى البور
2- الفوتو كبلر 3- او سليكون بعد الشوبر .
نوع العطل : الجهاز قاطع صوت ويكتب على الشاشة لا يوجد صوت .
الحل : توجد مقاومه على رجل البروسيسور هى المسئولة عن تغذية
الصوت وقيمتها 1 اوم تجدها تالفة وتقع على رجل البروسيسور
رقم 46 الى 50 بشرط ان تكون جميع خوارج البور سليمه .
نوع العطل : الجهاز كاتب على الشاشة الاماميه رقم اللودر ولاستطيع الفتح
الحل : قم بالتأكد من خرج البور ثم أعطى الجهاز سوفت وير أخر .
نوع العطل : الجهاز كاتب على الشاشة الاماميه 8888 .
الحل : التأكد من خرج البور ثم قم بشحن الفلاش .





6- ترومان بجميع موديلاته

نوع العطل : جهاز الترومان 150 اللمبه الخضراء تعمل على واجهة الجهاز
والجهاز لاشتغل .
الحل : تغير المكثف 1000/ 10ف فى دائرة البور ويوجد به انتفاخ .
نوع العطل : جهاز ترومان 7000 كاتب على واجهته الاماميه 8888
الحل : قم بشحن الفلاش أولا وان لم يشتغل قم بتغير البروسيسور .
نوع العطل : جهاز ترومان 5000 قاطع اشاره وخرج فولت التيونر لا يزيد
عن 5 فولت .
الحل : تغير باور التيونر c TIP 42 او LM 317 .
نوع العطل : ترومان 150 يشتغل بعض الأقمار H / V البعض الأخر H فقط
الحل : تغير ملف القنوات او اعاده الجهاز الى ضبط المصنع وبحثه من

نوع العطل : جهاز ترومان قاطع باور .
الحل : تغير القطع الاتيه الموسفت Str 96351
الفوتو كبلر BC 408 17K
ترانزستور A 431
زنر 5.1 فولت ZD
نوع العطل : جهاز ترومان 7000 كاتب على الشاشة الاماميه Ln :b p .
الحل : تغير باور التيونر ورقمه TIP 42c ذو ثلاثة اطراف
او يوجد 2 ترانزستور بجوار التيونر قم بتغيرهم .

7- الاسترونج
نوع العطل : الجهاز به ثلاث لمبات تضيء ثم تطفئ .
الحل : تبديل المكثف 1000 ميكرو / 10 فولت الموجود بدائرة الباور .
نوع العطل : الاسترونج الصيني 5500 اللمبه الاماميه تضيء ثم تفصل .
الحل : يجب تغير L 1 وهو الملف الموجود قبل المكثف الكبير

نوع العطل ؛ الجهاز قاطع بور وبالتالي لايوجد خرج لفولت الباور .
الحل : يجب تغير اى سى الباور وان لم تجده فقم بتعديله كما بالشرح الموجود
فى المنتدى .

8- جهازي نكست ويف واطلانطا بلس

نوع العطل : الجهازين قطعين اشاره نهائى .
الحل : بالرجوع الى دائرة بور الجهازين وجد ان خوارج الجهازين غير مضبوطه
قم بتغير اى سى الباور والفوتو كبلر واضبط خوارج الجهازين وان شاء الله سيعملا تمام
